Vanilla Ice Cream (Eggless) recipe with step by step photo - Homemade Ice cream is very easy to make and tastes great. I made this Ice cream with just three ingredients – Cream, Condensed Milk and vanilla extract. No cooking involved. This is quick Vanilla Ice Cream without egg. In this recipe no ice cream maker is used. You just need a good electric blender. Vanilla ice cream can be served plain or topped with dry fruits, chocolate or caramel sauce. You can also serve the ice cream with fruits like chopped mangoes or a mix of fruits. This is super easy, quick and yummy Vanilla Ice Cream recipe.



Chilling Time: 4-6 hours


Ingredients:
  • Sweetened condensed milk - 1 can (400 ml)
  • Half and half/Thick milk/ heavy whipping cream - 3 Cup
  • Vanilla Extract or fresh Vanilla Beans for better flavor - 2 tbsp

Method:

1. In a frozen container or bowl take whipping cream.

2. Whip it with electric blender until stiffness peaks.

3. Add condensed milk and continue to whip.

4. Add vanilla extract and mix it well with spatula.

5. Place it into an air tight container.

6. Keep it in freezer for about 6-8 hours or until firm.

7. Serve chilled eggless vanilla ice cream.
