Apple Cinnamon Rose Tart
Apple Cinnamon Rose Tart Recipe with step by step photo - Apple 🍎 Cinnamon Rose 🌹 Tart is so tempting dessert. It looks pretty impressive, but they are super easy to make. It really does come out looking like a rosebud and tastes delicious too. The tanginess of the apple 🍎 paired with the sweet sugar and burst of cinnamon compliments the softness of the cream cheese and that in turn is wrapped in the slightly crispy texture of the pastry, makes for flavor that is perfectly awesome in each bite. In my home everyone liked it. It’s looks like real rose 🌹 which is eatable..☺️☺️YUMMY

Ingredients:
- Apple - 1
- Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
- Puff pastry sheet - 1
- Cream cheese - 4 tbsp
- Sugar - 4 tbsp + 1 tbsp for sprinkle
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Water - 3 tbsp
Method:
1. Preheat oven at 375 degrees F.
2. Grease one muffin tray and keep it aside.
3. Thaw the puff pastry for at least 2 hours.
4. Cut the apples in half, remove the seeds of apple and slice it thinly.
5. In a bowl combine the apple slices with lemon juice and water and microwave for 3 minutes.
6. Cool the apple slices in some ice water.
7. Pat dry the apple slices of excess moisture and set aside.
8. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 4 even strips.
9. Spread 1 tbsp cream cheese on each strip and sprinkle the sugar on top of that.
10. Arrange the apple slices overlapping each other on one half of the pastry with the top of the apple just above the pastry, on each strip of puff pastry.
11. Now sprinkle cinnamon powder on top of arranged apple slices.
12. Fold the puff pastry in half lengthwise and roll them up.
13. Place it in greased muffin tins and bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes. It will be brown in sides when done.
14. Remove it from oven. Sprinkle some powdered sugar on top of it. (If you want you can drizzle some honey too.)
15. Serve hot and Enjoy.

4. Microwave for 3 minutes.
5. Cool the apple slices in some ice water.
6. Pat dry the apple slices of excess moisture and set aside.
7. Roll out the puff pastry on a flat floured surface.
8. Cut into 4 even strips.
9. Spread 1 tbsp cream cheese on each strip
10. Sprinkle the sugar on top of that.
11. Arrange the apple slices overlapping each other on one half of the pastry with the top of the apple just above the pastry, on each strip of puff pastry.12. Now sprinkle cinnamon powder on top of arranged apple slices.
13. Fold the puff pastry in half lengthwise.
14. Roll them up.
15. It will look like rose bud.
16. Place it in greased muffin tins.
17. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes. It will be brown in sides when done.

Veg Pasta in White Sauce
Veg Pasta in White Sauce Recipe with step by step photo - Veg Pasta 🍝 in white sauce recipe is very delicious, rich, creamy and very easy to prepare. Vegetable pasta in white sauce gets made at home often and is liked by everyone. My son loves it very much. White sauce originated from the Italian and French cuisines and is a base for many other sauce recipes. It is used in the preparation of various dishes like pasta, lasagna and pies. In this white sauce pasta recipe, I have added vegetables like different colored bell peppers 🌶 and carrots. You can use your choice of veggies in the pasta 🍝 like broccoli, mushrooms 🍄, peas, baby corn 🌽. Though I have used penne pasta 🍝 to prepare this recipe, you can replace it with any pasta of your choice. For the seasoning, I have added oregano 🌿. you can add your choice of preferred herbs or just fresh coriander leaves. For the flavor, I have added a pinch of nutmeg powder. Use boiled and warm milk, after adding milk make sure that you keep stirring the sauce until it turns thick and smooth.

Ingredients:
- Penne Pasta - 1 ½ Cup
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Garlic cloves (chopped) - 2
- Onion (chopped) - ½ Cup
- Red Capsicum (chopped) - ½ Cup
- Green Capsicum (chopped) - ½ Cup
- Carrots (chopped) - 1/4 cup
- All-purpose flour/maida - 1 tbsp
- Boiled and Warm Milk - 1 cup
- Black Pepper Powder - 1 Tsp
- Red Chili Flakes - 1 Tbsp
- Salt - To taste
- Nutmeg powder - a pinch
- Fresh Cream (Whipped cream) - ¼ cream
- Oregano - 1 Tbsp
- Cheese (Grated) - 2 Tbsp
Method:
For Pasta:
1. Boil pasta according to instructions. (See here- How to boil Pasta)
2. Sieve and reserve ½ cup of pasta water for later use.
For White Sauce:
1. Heat 2 tbsp butter in a pan. Add garlic and sauté till raw smell of garlic is gone.
2. Now add chopped onions and fry for 2 minutes.
3. Now add carrot, red capsicum, green capsicum, black pepper powder and salt. Cook till all veggies are soft. (You can add any veggie of your choice.)
4. Now reduce the heat to low and sprinkle all purpose flour over the veggies. Sauté and cook for about 1-2 minutes.
5. Now add the milk. Keep stirring and bring it to a boil. Cook it until its thick. (If you think sauce is very thick add some water which we reserved earlier.)
6. Now add nutmeg powder, cream, chili flakes, oregano and mix it well.
7. Add boiled pasta in sauce, mix it well and cook for few more minutes. Turn off the heat.
8. Add grated cheese into it and mix it well.

Puffed Rice Ladoo/Murmura Ladoo
Puffed Rice Ladoo is a traditional sweet of India which we prepare during festive seasons like Makar Sankranti, Holi etc. Kids love it and it looks very simple and easy to make. It is also called "Lai" in Bihar and Jharkhand. Puffed rice ladoo is crunchy, crispy, light and delicious. Puffed rice coated with jaggery and shaped into balls, very easy snack recipe to munch anytime. Murmura/puffed rice ladoos does not require much cooking time.
Preparation Time:
Cooking Time: to 20 Minutes
Makes: 15 balls

Ingredients:
- Puffed Rice (Kurmura) - 3 cups
- Jaggery (Palm Sugar or Gur) - 1.5 cups (grated)
- Fennel powder - a pinch
- Water - 1 cup
- Ghee - 1 tbsp + to grease hands
- Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Method:
1. Dry roast puffed rice for 1 to 2 minutes on medium heat, so that it will crisp. Keep it aside.
2. Take Jaggery and water in a heavy bottomed pan and cook on low heat. Jaggery will be dissolve. Strain it to remove impurities.
3. Now pour this clean jaggery mixture to the pan and boil it over medium heat, keep stirring.
4. Add cardamom powder, fennel powder and ghee and keep stirring till it becomes one string consistency. When the right consistency is got, then turn off the heat.
(How to check the consistency: A. if you dip the spoon into the syrup and remove, the last drop falling from the spoon forms a string.
B. If you add a couple of drops into a bowl of cold water, the droplets should not dissolve into the water. You should be able to gather them together and form soft balls. This is the right consistency)
5. Now mix the puffed rice quickly into this mixture and mix well. Use long spoon while mixing.
6. Apply ghee on your palm and make lemon size ball when the mixture is hot otherwise you will not be able to make balls. Pack the balls tightly. (If the mix cools down, put it back on stove and heat it for 30 sec till the Jaggery melts again and make balls from it.)
7. Puffed rice ball is ready. Serve puffed rice ladoo.
8. Let it cool down completely to store it in an air tight container.

Til Ke Ladoo/Til Gur Ladoo
Til Ke Ladoo Recipe with step by step by photo - Til (sesame seeds) ladoos are must during the makar sankranti or kite festival in India. There is a traditional charm about this recipe that makes it appeal to everyone. Til and Gur are two classic Indian ingredients. Dry roasted sesame seeds, sweetened with jaggery and laced with cardamom makes delicious ladoos. Jaggery has a distinctive flavor, which complements Til (sesame seeds) beautifully. These Til Ladoos requires very little ghee, because jaggery provides enough stickiness to hold the ladoo together. Sometimes, I add a few crushed peanuts to it for some more texture and taste but in these ladoos I haven’t added peanuts. Til ladoo is crunchy, crispy, light and delicious. This is very easy recipe which anyone can makes quickly.
